WinProp ("we") provides an AI proposal workspace. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. This is a template pending legal review.
Account details (name, email), your organization profile (services, branding, pricing), the jobs and proposals you create, and basic usage/billing metadata.
To provide the service: authenticate you, generate and store proposals, enforce plan quotas, and process payments via Stripe. Proposal content may be sent to a configured AI provider to generate documents.
We do not sell your data. We share data with processors that run the service (hosting, database, Stripe for payments, and the configured AI provider). A proposal is only exposed publicly if you create a share link, and only until you revoke it.
We keep your data while your account is active. Contact us to request export or deletion of your data.
